Tuesday Evening Meditation

Arrive a little early for the 7:00 PM bell that starts the meditation. We will have 25 minutes of guided, seated meditation followed by five minutes of walking meditation. The second 25-minute seated meditation is entirely silent, followed by another five minutes of walking meditation. The third 25-minute seated meditation is also silent.

There is a Zen Teacher present Tuesday evenings, allowing for one-to-one consultation for support and guidance if you indicate an interest in that by using the yellow slip under your mat or chair.

Just show up. We provide chairs, prayer benches, and meditation cushions for any posture of seated meditation that works for you.

Enjoy the support of sitting in stillness with others and consult the teacher in private consultation if you choose.
