Arrive a little early for the 7:00 PM bell that starts the meditation. We will have 25 minutes of guided, seated meditation followed by five minutes of walking meditation. The second 25-minute seated meditation is entirely silent, followed by another five minutes of walking meditation. The third 25-minute seated meditation is also silent.

Getting involved in the Community Fun Run/Walk is simple. Young individuals and youth groups can register online, explore a variety of volunteer opportunities, and begin planning their projects. Cause provides resources, guidance, and a supportive community to ensure that the volunteer experience is both fulfilling and impactful.
